Hi anyone who stumbled blindly into this corner of the internet. This is my first post on a blog I created mostly by accident. The future of this blog is wide open, in the sense that I have absolutely no plan for it, nor any time to waste on it.

I live in the woods in Bannockburn, near the pond and the abandoned trailer. My interests include linguistics, folklore, lexicography, and other things less useful than accounting. I am preparing for my life's work, which I believe will be spent on the other side of the world from Bannockburn, helping people develop literacy and language studies. Don't get it? Ask me about it.
