And the crucial flaw of the Da Vinci code revealed!

It's apparently formulaic and illiterate. Who knew?

I chose to skip that book not on any moral, factual, or reasonable ground. I just think it's too popular for me to like. I take the approach that if everyone likes it, the world can afford to have one guy who doesn't like it.
That's the same reason I don't recycle.

No! Say it isn't so! The two are not at all related, and even if they were, that's the wrong approach to be taking when our backyards are at stake!

Tell me you at least read the linked article. Then the lack of recycling will be forgiven.

I got as far as the man judging a book by it's title and then stopped.

Steyn's writing is solid, don't get me wrong. And it's funny that every one of Brown's books starts exactly the same, but really he only has examined the title and a single line from each book. I've judged books on less, and will continue to judge on less for as long as I deem necessary. But I don't make money writing articles on the first line of texts.

The way I see it, I'm speeding up the advancement of human technology by not recycling. I count on human enginuity to better mankind. But if there's no time pressure for them to resolve our problems, the scientific community gets lazy and distracted. By not recycling I keep them on track, I shorten the timetable, and I promote the evolution of society.

Well, you didn't read the article in full, so he didn't get to the good parts about the so-called Gospel of Judas. So based upon my earlier pledge, I'm afraid I have to endorse Special K's condemnation for not recycling.

Being pro-recycling only encourages me.
